The following is a timeline of how the 2023 Programme Will Operate:

Companies participating in the Best Places to Work program must pay a $250 entry fee. In addition, all participants will receive a report on their company’s survey results, which measure vital employment engagement issues.

A high-level engagement overview will give companies a better understanding of where their organizations stand, and you will gain insight into your company’s strengths and weaknesses. Participating in the program can help your brand’s integrity and attract top talent.

Companies must remain located in Greater Baltimore, which we define as Baltimore City or Anne Arundel County, as well as Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil, Harford, or Howard counties. Companies not headquartered in these regions but with a local presence can be nominated. Still, only full-time and part-time permanent employees in Greater Baltimore will be counted toward the company size and be able to participate in the survey.
